These Terms of Service govern your access to the Spuco platform operated by 2500 Spruce LLC. By creating an account, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, carrier rules, and our Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your workspace. Keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you about service and security matters.
3. Messaging and consent
You must have a lawful basis and the required consent to send messages. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs, identifying your sender, and providing required disclosures. We may suspend traffic that creates risk for recipients or the network.
4. Availability
We work to keep Spuco available and observable around the clock. Carrier networks and internet services can be outside our control, so delivery is not guaranteed for every message.
